Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
What happens when I use up my PennyBot chats?
Transactions and AI categorization have no monthly limit on either plan. PennyBot's own chat comes with 25 messages a month on Essentials and 100 on Professional. When they run out, ask your connected AI instead — it can use all your PennyBot data. Your chat messages start again at the beginning of your next month.
Do you offer annual billing?
No. Every plan is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) and never store your bank passwords. All connections are secured with OAuth and TLS.
Can I connect Claude or other AI agents to PennyBot?
Yes, on both plans. PennyBot has a built-in MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Add PennyBot to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Perplexity, or to a desktop app that supports MCP sign-in such as Claude Code, and sign in to PennyBot when it asks: no key to copy.
